First, do you have the most recent update for the app? If not, be sure to update.
If you have a subscription to Sparkle Stories, try deleting and reinstalling the app. That should do the trick!
If you don’t have a subscription, the app won’t work for you – it’s a companion to our paid streaming subscription service. Sign up for a free trial at www.sparklestories.com and give the app a try then.
